Privacy notice
This notice explains what Direct Meetings does with the details you give us through this site. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you fill in the form on our contact page, we receive your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and, if you choose to add them, your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean preparing the Buyer Map you asked for, or replying to a question. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you follow up, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are never sold, rented or traded. Only the people at Direct Meetings who handle your request can see them.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The fonts load from a font service, and nothing about you is stored by this site when you browse it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time. Write to teresa.wallace@directmeetings.co or use the contact form and tell us what you would like. If you reply "stop" to anything we send you, we will not contact you again.
